Meditation for Everyday Living
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon beginning Tuesday, January 10th
This class is for those with some meditation experience who wish to deepen their practice and apply their skills to their lives. Each class will include meditation and discussion. We will review several types of meditations including the individual skills that comprise them. In addition we will add new practices and discuss their applications. Although drop-ins are welcome, this class works best if you commitment to coming whenever possible.
From January 10th to February 23rd the classes will be facilitated by guest teachers and experienced members of the class; Karen Trueheart will again facilitate starting on February 28th.
